Jennifer
S. Rosenberg
has been an associate of the firm since 1995. She received her
A.B. with great distinction in general scholarship in 1981 from
the University of California at Berkeley, and her law degree from
the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1985.
From 1985
to 1987, Ms. Rosenberg was an associate with the law firm of McKenna,
Conner & Cuneo. From 1987 to 1993, she was associated with
McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen. As an adjunct professor
at the University of San Francisco, she has taught business law
and business ethics in the undergraduate and MBA programs of the
McLaren School of Business.
Ms. Rosenberg
has been a contributing writer to Justice Maria Rivera's California Civil Procedure Before Trial Forms, the companion practice
guide to Weil and Brown's California Civil Procedure Before
Trial, since the book was first published in 2005. She drafted
and contributed all of the class action forms (Chapter 14) as
well as many other forms and sample pleadings that appear in the
practice guide. She has published articles in California Lawyer
and Business Voice magazines and edited the 1994 edition of Remy,
Thomas & Moose’s Guide to the California Environmental
Quality Act.
Ms.
Rosenberg is admitted to practice in California and is a member
of the bars of the federal district courts of California and of
the Ninth Circuit. She specializes in business litigation and
class actions, as well as land use law. She has acted as a small
claims appeals judge and judge pro tem for civil matters in the
Contra Costa County Superior Court and as a fee arbitrator.
